The Villas, whilst different in design, all have high specifications which include:

Substructure & Structure
Designed in concrete and timber to withstand the forces currently stipulated by the Caribbean Uniform Building Code (CUBiC) for the island of Grenada.

Roofs
Selected timber trusses finished internally with strip bamboo
Externally marine plywood, water proof layer and Cedar wood shingles coverings
All guttering and down-pipes in copper

Floors
A choice of wood or stone for walkways, passages and external rooms (terraces and open-living rooms with no walls)
Hardwood timber floor boarding for all internal rooms, selected stone tiles for bathrooms and powder rooms and brushed concrete for the garage.

Walls
Coral-render wall finish on concrete block walling (exterior) for passageways, bedrooms, stairways, the theatre room, the study and the garage.
Kitchen - Hard plaster finished partially with coral render and stainless steel
Dressing rooms – Hard plaster with coral render wall finish
Laundry - Hard plaster and ceramic tiles
Store rooms – Hard plaster and painted
Bathrooms - Coral render wall finish and stone tiles

Strip bamboo (or similar) on cathedral ceiling
