When will the private residences on Hog Island be ready for occupation?

Are the properties being sold off plan?
Yes.

Are the Private Residences freehold?
Yes.

Are the Properties being 'reserved' and not being sold until later on?
Purchasers may 'reserve' a property via a non-refundable deposit of US $25,000. The purchaser will then be given a purchase agreement after which they will have 4 weeks in which to exchange on the two contracts (see Buying Process for details).

How to get to Grenada?
From the UK?
There are weekly direct flights to Grenada from Gatwick with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic. Flights also depart regularly to Barbados from Gatwick with same day connections to Grenada with Caribbean Star Airlines or Liat. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic have indicated that they would operate daily flights to Grenada from London Gatwick prior to the opening of the 5 star operating hotel.

From the US?
American Airlines has regularly scheduled flights from Miami. They are also in talks to create a similar service from New York. Currently Air Jamaica operates a New York service three days a week. Private Residences Owners flying by private aircraft may use the Private Air Terminal at Grenada International Airport with private customs and immigration services.

In what currency are villa prices quoted?
The prices for Private Residences are quoted in US Dollars.

Do Residents have access to hotel facilities?
Yes.

Will there be a Rental Program and how will it work?

What will be the management and/or rental fee for the Rental Program?

Who will manage the common areas of the villas?
To be advised.
