Becoming an owner

Becoming a Private Residence owner is a two part process. Having chosen a lot, purchasers may 'reserve' it via a non-refundable deposit of US$25,000. A purchase agreement will then be issued, after the receipt of which, a buyer will have four weeks in which to exchange on two contracts:

  1. The purchase of the land which is then conveyed to said purchaser at the agreed price.
  2. The development contract with Mount Hartman Grenada to complete the construction of their Private Residence prior to the opening of the 5 star operating hotel. The size, design and specification of the residence will have been agreed during this period.
