Becoming an owner
Becoming a Private Residence owner is a two part process. Having chosen a lot, purchasers may 'reserve' it via a non-refundable deposit of US$25,000. A purchase agreement will then be issued, after the receipt of which, a buyer will have four weeks in which to exchange on two contracts:
- The purchase of the land which is then conveyed to said purchaser at the agreed price.
- The development contract with Mount Hartman Grenada to complete the construction of their Private Residence prior to the opening of the 5 star operating hotel. The size, design and specification of the residence will have been agreed during this period.
